Carnival Nominations Instructions for RCR Members
Outlined below are the procedures to follow when entering RCR swimmers into carnivals:
Nominations:
Please include the following information for each event being entered:
Event #:
Distance:
Stroke:
Time:
Achieved at Meet:
Date of Meet:
Email entries to rivercityrapidsswimclub@gmail.com ; OR
Use the NOMINATE tab at our website www.rivercityrapids.org.au ; OR
Use the nomination envelopes available at the pool and deposited in the club box at the pool canteen.
Closing date for all carnivals:
Nominations for all carnivals are to be submitted to the club one week (ie. seven days)prior to the official closing date for all carnivals swimmers are entering.
When this deadline can’t be met due to the timing of another qualifying meet, please notify the club of when nominations will be sent.
When entering carnivals that are not on the list of carnivals suggested by the club, please include website link for program/ carnival info etc., where possible. (When entering additional carnivals, please speak to your coach to let them know your intentions).
The Club offers no guarantee that nominations without payment or handed in after the closing date will be accepted.
Entry fees:
Please put cash or cheque in one of the nomination envelopes available at the pool and deposit in the box at the Pool Shop; OR
Pay online into the River City Rapids bank account:
